Dan and I decided it was time to try for another baby. To be honest, both of us were reluctant to begin with but we knew we didn't want Sienna to be an only child. Sienna was such an amazing baby and still is a little sweetheart. She slept through from 6/8 weeks, ate well and is just a nice easy baby. Dan and I both kept thinking that we wouldn't be so lucky with the 2nd baby.
Also being back at work pushed me to try for another baby. I have just had enough of GAM and now Sienna will be coming up to 2 years old, it's a good age to try.
Yet again, with 'golden bullets' as Dan calls it, 2 months of trying and bingo, I'm preggers! I thought I may have been in October and having done a test which said I was negative I thought I had missed out this month. It seemed I tested too early and a few days later I did another test in the morning before work and it was positive. I was at home getting ready for work. I told Sienna although obviously she had no idea what I was saying. I was so excited, I text Dan, 'We did it sneak!!! Early days but we did it!!! I'm so happy sneak!! xx' and in response I received back, 'Are u kidding???? Oh god babes. Does this mean we don't s*x for another year?!?! When is it definite? I'm like a golden bullet xxx' Hehe, ever the loving husband.....
We left it for a a couple of weeks until we told our parents but didn't tell anyone else as we wanted to wait for the scan etc.
Exciting times ahead!!! By my online estimates baby number 2 should be due 23 July 2013!
